Guest Passes

Last fall I was able to purchase a guest pass for a friend who lives in Lake Worth. Now I was told that they are going back to the old rule where you could not live in Palm Beach County! Why? It would have been nice if this had been mentioned in one of Anita Cruz's articles in the UCO Reporter!
